Shipping

We ship from Japan to wherever you fish

Every Battle Fish Pro leaves our office in Osaka. There is no fixed carrier. We agree on the shipping method with you, so you get the option that suits your country, your budget and your timing.

How it works

From your message to your dock

1

Tell us what you need

Send the screen size, your Garmin model and the delivery address. A city and country are enough for a first quote.

2

We send the options

We check what carriers can deliver to you and reply with each method, its cost and the expected delivery time.

3

You choose

Pick the method you prefer. If you already work with a forwarder or a carrier account, tell us and we will use it.

4

We pack and ship

The display is packed in Osaka and handed to the carrier. You get the tracking number by email the same day.

Methods we arrange

Any way that works for you

These are the usual choices. If you have another in mind, ask. We have shipped to customers who collected through a friend in Japan.

A

Express courier

The fastest option, door to door with full tracking. Good when you want the screen on the boat before a tournament.

B

International post

Slower and usually cheaper. Tracked and handed to your national post service for the last leg.

C

Your forwarder

Give us the address of your forwarding company in Japan and we deliver there. They handle the rest.

Packing and customs

What arrives and what to expect at the border

The display, bracket and cover are packed together. We keep packaging simple and use recycled materials where we can, so there is less to throw away when you unbox.

Import duties and taxes depend on your country and are paid on arrival. We include the commercial invoice with every parcel and can send you a copy in advance if your customs office asks for one.
